I'm Curtis. Roscoe's Fitness Lab is the training practice I'm building — one-on-one coaching grounded in movement assessment, progressive programming, and showing up consistently.
Why “Lab”
Because training isn’t guesswork. Every program starts with a movement screen. Every block has a goal. Every session has a plan written before you walk in. The Lab is the discipline of treating training as a process, not as a workout to survive.
How I think about training
- Strength is the foundation. Everything else gets easier when you’re stronger.
- Movement quality before load. Always.
- Consistency beats intensity over any timeframe longer than a month.
- Programming is a coach’s job. Pushing limits is yours.
- Honest assessments. I'll tell you when something isn't working — including when I'm not the right coach for what you need.

Every client starts with a free assessment. About an hour. I'll watch how you move, hear what you want to work on, and we'll decide together whether I'm the right coach. No payment, no sales pitch.
