Is the free assessment really free?
Yes. About an hour, no payment, no pressure. We use it to figure out whether we’re the right coach for you and what programming makes sense. If we aren’t a fit, you’ll know honestly.
Can I switch packages once I’ve started?
Yes — month to month. Start with Entry to test the water, move to Pro or Expert when you’re ready to commit. Going the other direction works the same way.
What if I miss a session in a monthly package?
We’ll reschedule within the same month when possible. If life happens and you can’t make it up, sessions don’t roll over — but we’ll work with you on serious situations.
Do you offer packages for couples or small groups?
Not yet. Programming is currently one-on-one to keep the quality of coaching high. If you want to train alongside someone, ask — we can talk about it.
How do I pay?
Card, cash, or check. We’ll send a simple invoice after you decide which package you want. No subscription auto-billing — renewals are your decision each month.
